SHIPPING POLICY

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic (US): Standard 5-7 business days | Express 2-3 business days
• International: 7-21 business days depending on destination

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. ELEV8 SKIN LAB is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
