REFUND/RETURN POLICY
At ELEV8 SKIN LAB, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at elev8info@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items: Opened or used products, gift cards, and sale or clearance items are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
