How long does it take to process my order? Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
How long will delivery take? Domestic (US) orders arrive in 5-7 business days for standard shipping and 2-3 business days for express. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to over 27 countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free? Many of our products are vegan and cruelty-free. Please check individual product descriptions for specific details.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin? We recommend reviewing the ingredient list on each product and performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
Where are your products made? Our products are made in North America with high-quality, carefully selected ingredients.

How do I become an affiliate? Visit our Affiliate Program page and click "Apply Now" to join. Once approved, you'll receive your unique referral link and earn 15% commission on every sale.
How and when do I get paid? Commissions are approved 30 days after the sale and paid out on the 1st of each month via Debit Card or Venmo.
